Donald Middleton has a BA in Business Management from University of Detroit Mercy, Detroit MI. A proud Veteran of the United States Army, Donald has devoted his time to Business development, youth mentoring and public speaking. As a consultant, he is a purveyor of transformation and successful outcomes. Additionally, he authored the publication, "Conversations with my Dad", a personal perspective about his resilient life and career with the use of coaching tips and simple strategies.

Rebecca Styn Ph.D,
Rebecca Styn continually dedicates her energy to advancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting community organizations. In her current roles, she serves as Proprietor of room 33 Speakeasy, Advancement & Marketing Director for Erie Day School, and Director of Special Initiatives for the Erie County Redevelopment Authority (ECRDA).
The last several years, Styn has continually focused on startups and the role of the entrepreneur. Previously, she served as VP of Ventures for Erie Innovation District, and as Executive Director of the Idea Fund, a nonprofit that supported early stage entrepreneurs through funding and education. She also currently pens a column focusing on local entrepreneurs for the Erie Reader. She has previously served in fund development and marketing roles in politics, the arts, healthcare, and social services. This past May she received her Ph.D. in Organizational Learning and Leadership at Gannon University with a focus on entrepreneurial leadership.
